Mr. N. Ramakrishna is the visionary Founder and Managing Director of MOMSOON Fertility & IVF Centre, a pioneering institution dedicated to fulfilling the dreams of parenthood for childless couples. The very name “MOMSOON”, symbolizing “Motherhood Coming Soon”, was coined by him — a name that captures the hope, compassion, and mission that defines the organization.
With a background in law (B.Sc., LL.B.) and banking (having served in Vysya Bank starting in 1980), Mr. Ramakrishna blended legal acumen and financial discipline with a deep sense of social responsibility. Early in his career, he practiced law and later transitioned into banking, where he honed his managerial capabilities and strategic thinking.
Driven by his passion to empower others, he founded the MILLENNIUM Credit Co-operative Society in Bangalore in the year 2000. This financial institution was aimed at supporting budding entrepreneurs and individuals in need of financial assistance. His contributions laid a foundation for many to chase their dreams with confidence.
Recognizing the rising need for infertility treatment and empathetic care in reproductive health, Mr. Ramakrishna established the MOMSOON Fertility & IVF Centre in 2009 in Bangalore. His mission was clear — to make the dream of a complete family possible for couples struggling with infertility. Under his stewardship, the institution has grown into a center of excellence, combining cutting-edge technology, skilled professionals, and heartfelt care.
Leadership & Legacy

Mr. Ramakrishna’s leadership is marked by his commitment to quality, innovation, and people-centric values. He foresaw the critical importance of education and training in Reproductive Medicine and Clinical Embryology and laid the groundwork for MOMSOON Academy.

With over 25 years of experience in administration, law, finance, and healthcare management, he continues to guide MOMSOON in both strategic and operational aspects, inspiring teams to uphold the vision of bringing joy to families.

  • Dr. Aruna's expertise as an Infertility Specialist is backed by over a decade of experience. Dr. Aruna and MOMSOON team have helped hundreds of infertile couples have babies through Assisted Reproduction.
  • She is one of the pioneers in the treatment of infertility and has trained over a 100 gynaecologists. Most of the gynaecologists trained at MOMSOON have established their own IVF Centre and are able to independently perform all the procedures of ART.
  • Dr. Aruna actively participates in meetings and conferences conducted by National and International Organizations and she is also invited as a guest speaker regularly. She keeps herself updated with the latest developments in the field and is responsible for standardizing the ART techniques offered at MOMSOON.
